HCA / Caregiver

We're looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers/Home Care Aides to join our growing team serving Irvine and surrounding communities. Every day, you'll provide personalized, non-medical in-home care that empowers seniors to live safely, comfortably, and independently in the place they love most—their own home.
What You'll Do
As a valued member of our team, you'll help improve the quality of life for our clients by:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
- Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping
- Offering medication reminders
- Driving clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and walking
- Monitoring client safety and overall well-being
- Communicating with families and our office team to ensure exceptional care
What We're Looking For
- Caregiving experience preferred (professional or family caregiving)
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States
- HCA registration, or willingness to obtain it if required
